In accordance with the copyright, design and patents act 1988; the copyright of all photographs taken remains the property of Ragsdale Photography. We may at our discretion use the photographs for exhibition, display or publication for promotional purposes on any media.

Negatives /Digital Images
Negatives and Digital files remain the property of Ragsdale Photography.

Bookings
A booking fee of £100 becomes payable upon you agreeing to use Ragsdale Photography.  This booking fee is non returnable.  Full payment must be made two weeks prior to your wedding day, event.

Re-orders/ Post & Packing
All re-orders shall be treated as an extension to the signed contract and shall be charged for at Ragsdale Photography prevailing rate at the time of re-order. No responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing. All prices exclude postage and packing.
